Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Job Captain or Project Architect with 8-10 years of experience to support community, religious, k-12, multifamily, office, and other projects. Responsibilities include developing schematic designs (SD), design development (DD), and construction documents (CD); managing projects from concept through completion; and creating 3D models and renderings.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Proven experience managing projects from concept through completion
  • Strong rendering skills and visualization capabilities
  • Solid design sensibility with effective problem-solving abilities

Work Schedule:

The hybrid schedule is Monday-Thursday in-office and remote days on Fridays. Core hours from 10am-3pm and 4 hours of flexible time provided each week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $48.00/hr.
