This training opportunity will help you acquire your DZ license and will help you develop the skills necessary to become a safe and competent winter plow operator. Interested in applying? The minimum qualifications include:
- 18 years or older
- Possess a minimum G License without restrictions
- Able to pass an MTO medical exam (necessary to obtain DZ license)
- Safety-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks
Preference will be given those applicants living in Wawa, White River, Chapleau, Agawa, Thessalon and Iron Bridge Ontario due to the location of this project. If you do not live in the mentioned towns, accommodation options are available.
Approved applicants must commit to a minimum employment term.
Ledcor Highways works within various weather patterns, some shift work, on-call, and night shift will be required.
