Exterior Carpenter**

**Pay - 20-26/hr**

**Job Description**

Join a dynamic company specializing in creating large custom modular buildings including schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices. As an exterior carpenter, you will be a vital part of a diverse team consisting of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers who bring these unique projects to life. You will report to the site location and begin work on these innovative projects, following prints to install studs, drywall, trim, and more.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform rough framing of commercial buildings.

+ Measure and cut materials to precise specifications.

+ Install studs and perform hand and finish drywall work.

+ Siding - hardi siding, metal, densi glass

+ Complete trim work and finish carpentry tasks.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.

+ Follow blueprints accurately to ensure quality and adherence to design.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in exterior carpentry (walls/drywall/siding)

+ Proficiency in drywall installation.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Skilled in using hand tools of the trade.

+ 5+ years of experience in carpentry.

**Work Environment**

Work primarily at the site, inside a hangar or in the yard once the building is roughed in. NO travel required.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
