Concrete Laborer & Finisher Job Description We are seeking experienced Concrete Laborers to join our team working on commercial concrete projects. Our current project involves pouring flatwork for new construction buildings. Candidates will play a crucial role in assisting the leadman with tasks such as bringing forms, wheelbarrowing concrete, and tearing down forms. Responsibilities Assist the leadman in various tasks related to concrete pouring and form setting. Wheelbarrow concrete and help in the distribution of materials. Bring and set up forms for concrete pouring. Tear down forms after concrete has set. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years of concrete experience. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ownership of basic tools such as a hammer and tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a concrete finisher is advantageous. Work Environment The work environment is a construction site, which requires familiarity with hands tools and a focus on safety protocols. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
