Painter**
**Job Description**
This role involves performing painting functions for industrial and commercial clients, specializing in both new construction and existing buildings. The majority of the work focuses on interior walls, with some exterior painting. All projects are located within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee. The job requires the use of brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform painting functions using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
+ Specialize in commercial and industrial projects for both new construction and existing buildings.
+ Focus on interior walls, with occasional exterior painting.
+ Utilize airless spraying techniques, specifically HPLV Airless Sprayers, on large industrial projects.
+ Cut in without using tape.
+ Prepare and clean up job sites efficiently.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 3 years of painting experience.
+ At least 1 year of commercial painting experience.
+ Proficiency in prep work and clean-up for job sites.
+ Ability to use airless spraying, brush, and rolling techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with multi-family buildings.
+ Experience with office buildings.
+ Foreman experience.

**Work Environment**
Contractors will report to various job sites and work in a team environment, with team size varying depending on the project. The dress code consists of jeans and t-shirts or painter whites. Core hours are from 6 AM to 2:30 PM (or later), with some Saturdays as needed. Employees are held to deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.
