**Job Description**

As a Painting Foreman, you will be responsible for performing painting functions for industrial and commercial projects, both new construction and existing buildings. The majority of work involves interior walls, with some exterior painting. You will utilize brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings to facilities within a 40-mile radius of Oshkosh.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform painting functions for industrial and commercial projects.

+ Utilize brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint coatings.

+ Work on both new construction and existing buildings.

+ Primarily focus on interior walls, but also perform exterior painting.

+ Learn and apply airless spraying techniques using HPLV Airless Sprayers.

+ Cut in without using tape.

**Essential Skills**

+ 1+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or residential painting.

+ Proficiency in using spray, brush, and roll techniques.

+ Ability to learn and perform airless spraying.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in commercial and industrial painting is preferred.

**Work Environment**

You will report to various job sites in a team environment with varying team sizes depending on the project scope. Dress code includes jeans, t-shirts, or painter whites. Core hours are day shifts from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with deadlines to meet project goals. Travel may be required up to 40 miles from your home, but no overnight travel is necessary. Worksites are vacant, providing a focused work environment.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
