Structural Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled structural welders to join our team. The ideal candidates should be proficient in Mig and Flux welding, capable of reading blueprints, and adept at using tape measures. You will need to have knowledge of setting amperage and voltage on welding machines and the ability to grind welds effectively.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read blueprints and drawings to take or interpret measurements for planning layout and procedures.
+ Determine appropriate welding equipment or methods based on specific requirements.
+ Set up components for welding according to specifications, including cutting material with powered saws to match measurements.
+ Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
+ Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces securely.
+ Perform welding using manual or semi-automatic equipment in various positions including vertical, horizontal, or overhead.
+ Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify any flaws.
+ Maintain welding equipment in conditions that ensure safety and efficiency.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in Mig welding..
+ Experience in fabrication and production, ranging from 1 to 7 years.
+ Competence in reading blueprints and using tape measures.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of setting amperage and voltage on welding machines.
+ Skill in using angle grinders for weld preparation.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
