Job Description

Join an innovative company specializing in 3D printed homes as a Construction Estimator. Utilize your expertise in construction estimating to convert traditional plans into 3D printed designs using advanced software modules. Responsibilities

  • Utilize estimating software within Procore to manage project estimations.
  • Review and interpret plans, assign unit rates, and convert them into accurate quantities.
  • Transform traditional plans into 3D printed designs, focusing on the conversion of conventional walls to 3D printed walls.
  • Prepare standard templates for client-facing proposals to secure new projects.
Essential Skills
  • 3-5 years of construction estimating experience.
  • Proficiency in estimation, blueprint reading, and estimating software.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or Onscreen Takeoff.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Purchasing experience is considered a plus.
Work Environment

Work within a closely-knit team from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in a fully onsite setting. Collaborate closely with a design build team of about 12 individuals. This role does not offer remote work opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
