Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include: Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in both residential and commercial construction Proficient with estimating software such as Buildertrend, or similar tools like PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or CoConstruct Actively seeks bidding opportunities through platforms like ConstructConnect and Central Bidders List Ability to estimate and manage projects ranging from $500K to $1M+ Experience with general contracting, tenant improvements, and custom home renovations Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and in teams Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-growing, small business environment Open to assisting with light office tasks and contributing to a positive team culture Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
