Civil Project Engineer

What Youll Do:

• Design and manage site development projects from concept through construction
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams
• Prepare and review technical documents, calculations, and permit packages
• Support or lead QA/QC efforts depending on experience level
• Mentor junior staff (for PE-level candidates)

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in site design or land development (flexible for the right candidate!)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
• PE license (or actively pursuing)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with California permitting or CEQA (or willingness to learn)
• Background in redevelopment, infill, or greenfield projects
• Familiarity with tools like Hydraflow, WSPG, or Bluebeam
• Cross-sector experience (e.g., transportation, water resources)
• Interest in hybrid or remote work with occasional travel

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
