Maintenance Supervisor

Were seeking a hands-on, bilingual leader (English/Spanish) to uphold our tradition of excellence and deliver top-tier service to tenants and property management.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple high-end commercial properties.
Coordinate and prioritize work orders, preventative maintenance, and repairs
Manage vendor relationships and quality control for contracted services
Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergencies with a professional, customer-focused approach .
Ensure efficient, code-compliant operation of all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety).
Maintain inventory, order necessary supplies, and track equipment.
Support capital improvement projects and property renovations

Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Minimum 5 years hands-on maintenance experience, with at least 2 years supervisory.
Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end environment .
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required for travel between sites).
