Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Market Sector Leader with expertise in Revit-based architectural project management. This role involves working on various commercial and healthcare projects, guiding them from schematic design through construction administration. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to serve as a Project Architect or Job Captain, playing a crucial role in shaping and leading projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects, focusing on healthcare and commercial sectors.
• Utilize Revit to develop design and construction documents.
• Ensure code compliance and implement industry-specific terminology in healthcare projects.
• Oversee projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Collaborate with a small team, wearing multiple hats and adapting to fast-paced, fast-tracked project environments.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in Revit architecture and construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare design and code compliance.
• Experience in project architecture and project management.
• Ability to draft and design using CAD.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare projects.
• Flexibility and capability to work on both workplace and commercial projects.
• Ability to wear multiple hats and work effectively within a small team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49.00 - $50.00/hr.
