Painter

United Staffing Associates is seeking a skilled painter for a growing painting company in San Luis Obispo County. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who thrives in a team environment and is committed to high-quality finishes on both residential and commercial job sites. Youll be entrusted with a wide range of interior and exterior painting tasks and expected to work with minimal supervision while upholding strong safety and quality standards.

Duties include:
Perform high-quality painting of interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Prepare surfaces including patching, sanding, masking, priming, and caulking to ensure a professional finish.
Execute tasks according to project timelines and site-specific requirements.
Operate ladders and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout and after each job.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with supervisors, crew members, and clients.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience in residential and/or commercial environments.
Strong working knowledge of prep, paint application techniques, surface protection, and finishes.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying 5-gallon buckets, and working on ladders.
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on job sites.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Anticipated Schedule:
MondayFriday schedule
Occasional Saturday as needed

Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hr
