Carpenter

We are a well-established Metro Vancouver based restoration/construction company seeking skilled carpenters to join our existing crews. Our company has year round work, pays their bills on time and treats employees well. Great working environment.

Ideally you will have worked with Building Envelope Remediation, balcony and deck rebuilds and recoatings, building exterior waterproofing, structural framing repairs, window and door replacements and some interior finishing as well.
Permanent and Full time 40 Hours per week.

You should be well groomed and well-mannered, as you will be predominantly working with occupied multi-family residential buildings.

Must have a valid B.C. driver's license and transportation to work and job sites around the Lower Mainland.

The ideal candidate:

Professional carpenter;
Minimum 2 years experience in residential envelope restoration;
Good interpersonal skills with clients and homeowners;
Promotes a positive safety culture with a target for zero incidents and accidents;
Ensuring quality for the client by providing the highest quality workmanship;
Must be reliable and trustworthy;
Must possess clean BC drivers license and can drive company vehicle;
