Carpenters Assistant Full-Time
Location: Lower Mainland, BC
Company: NOVERO Homes and Renovations
Wage: $23$28/hour (based on experience)
NOVERO Homes is a full-service design and build company known for strong workmanship and a collaborative team environment. Were currently seeking a Carpenters Assistant to join our growing team.
What Youll Be Doing:
Site prep (ram board, demo, room protection, countertop prep)
Pick up and delivery of materials to job sites; delivery to the dump and recycling
Shop organization and material management
Assist carpenters and supervisors with framing and finishing work
Maintain a clean and organized worksite
What Were Looking For:
1+ year of carpentry experience or formal education in carpentry
Familiarity with residential framing and finishing
Ability to use hand and power tools confidently
Reliable, hardworking, organized, and punctual
Comfortable working independently and on a team
Valid BC drivers license and reliable vehicle
Ability to drive a cube truck or truck with trailer
Own basic carpentry tools
Passionate about building and learning the trade
