Roofing Sales Representative

ENG:
We're looking for a motivated and energetic Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team at Elite Roofing. If you have great people skills, hustle, and love helping homeowners -- we want to talk to you!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1) Generating and following up on leads (going door-to-door, providing referrals, etc.)
2) Inspecting roofs and identifying potential damages (storm or age-related)
3) Educating homeowners on roofing options and insurance claims

What We're Looking For:
1) A person with sales experience (roofing or construction experience would be very beneficial, but is not required)
2) Someone with excellent communication and people skills
3) Someone who is self-motivated, driven, and coachable
4) Someone who has reliable transportation (It's best you have a large vehicle such as a truck, van, etc.)
5) Someone who has the ability to climb a ladder to perform roof inspections
6) Someone who is, preferably, bilingual (English/Spanish)

Tus responsabilidades incluiran:
1) Generar y dar seguimiento a clientes potenciales (puerta a puerta, referencias, etc.)
2) Inspeccionar techos e identificar posibles danos (por tormentas o desgaste por el tiempo)
3) Informar a los propietarios sobre opciones de techado y reclamaciones de seguros

Lo que estamos buscando:
1) Una persona con experiencia en ventas (tener experiencia en techos o construccion es muy beneficioso, pero no obligatorio)
2) Alguien con excelentes habilidades de comunicacion y trato con personas
3) Alguien automotivado, con iniciativa y dispuesto a aprender
4) Alguien con transporte confiable (lo ideal es que tengas un vehiculo grande como una camioneta, van, etc.)
5) Alguien que pueda subir escaleras para realizar inspecciones de techos
6) Preferiblemente, alguien bilingue (ingles/espanol)
