Job Responsibilities:

Determine the general condition and diagnose of all HVAC aspects.

After troubleshooting, repair and fix the HVAC systems.

Exceptional mechanical and technologically advanced skills.

Strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service skills.

Aptitude to precisely inform the customer of your findings/resolution.

Facilitate a clean and presentable workspace to include company vehicle.

Advise customers of additional accessories.

Day shift hours, 8-4:30 hours with overtime as needed. On-call possibly for emergency. Home daily, local service area.

You must have a positive attitude and an energetic personality.

Demonstrate listening, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred knowledge, training and experience working with some Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) / VRV systems.

Preferrable in-depth knowledge of VRF technology, refrigeration principles and HVAS Industry standards.

Qualifications:

5-10+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Capable of passing a background check

Relevant certifications in HVAC
