Location: Roanoke, VA (Multiple Job Sites)

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced Plumber Foreman to lead crews on various commercial projects throughout the Roanoke, VA area. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to work across multiple job sites, and expertise in commercial plumbing installation.

Work Scope Includes:

• Leading and supervising plumbing crews on active job sites

• Installing, assembling, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems

• Working with PVC, copper, cast iron, and other piping materials

• Performing rough-ins, top-outs, and fixture installations

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and plumbing layouts

• Coordinating with project managers and other trades to keep projects on schedule

• Ensuring all work meets code, quality, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience

• Prior foreman or lead experience required

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation with ability to travel between job sites in the Roanoke area

• Ability to read blueprints, manage crews, and maintain productivity
