Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring electricians for a commercial project in Ocala, FL. This position includes performing basic, unskilled electrical contractor tasks to support the electrical crew. Ideal for candidates who can handle physical work and assist in multiple areas of the project.

Work Scope Includes:

• Lifting and moving materials and equipment

• Digging, trenching, and excavating for underground conduit

• Climbing, sawing, drilling, cutting and preparing jobsite work areas

• Assisting with basic wire pulling and conduit preparation

• Jobsite clean-up and general labor to support electricians

• Following all jobsite safety protocols and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

• Previous construction or electrical experience preferred but not required

• Physically able to lift, dig, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and consistent jobsite attendance

• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
