Location: Roanoke, VA (Multiple Job Sites)

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Foreman-Level HVAC Mechanic for projects across the Roanoke, VA area. This role will require traveling to various jobsites around the region and taking leadership in managing crews while performing HVAC installation duties.

Work Scope Includes:

• Leading crews and coordinating daily jobsite activities

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork (spiral and rectangular)

• Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and layouts

• Installing curbs, grilles, HVAC units, and support systems

• Ensuring all work meets project specifications, code, and safety standards

• Communicating directly with project managers, trades, and other site supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience

• Previous experience in a foreman or lead role strongly preferred

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to travel to various jobsites in the Roanoke area

• Reliable transportation and strong leadership skills

• Ability to manage crews, read blueprints, and maintain production schedules
