Job Description:

- Visits jobsites regularly to discuss progress with foreman and report needs and requirements to Sr.Operations Manager.
- Responsible for supporting, promoting, and enforcing all field training programs.
- Ensure that material and equipment are delivered to jobsites.
- Participate in determining labor costs to be used for bids.
- Participate in the goal-setting process.
- Monitor and control quality of workmanship in the field.
- Provide input to General Contractor's production schedule as it relates to E&K's scopes of work.
- Lead pre-job coordination meetings in the field and sequence of other trades' scopes of work.
- Assist and develop field safety programs, to ensure the safety and protection of all employees.
- Attend and participate in all required training programs.
- Conform to all company policies and procedures.

Knowledge of the scope of E&K services, products, and their installation.
Knowledge of general construction products and their installation.
Knowledge of the construction industry and accompanying trades.
Ability to read detailed (blueprint) plans and specifications.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other operating systems. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Office environment- This position operates in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. No PPE is required.
Field Environment - This position operates in a construction site and is subject to changing environmental conditions including extreme cold and hot temperatures, wind, and humidity; uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty or dirty conditions. Required PPE includes: Hard hat, safety glasses, earplugs, hard-soled work boots, GFCI protection, fall protection, dust masks, respirators.
