Job Summary:

  • Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. Assist in a variety of manual labor tasks as needed. Position requires worker with varied experience and ability to perform multiple tasks transferring from one task to another according to work demands. Work under the direction of a supervisor or skilled worker.
  • This job requires practical problem solving in standardized situations and the ability to interpret and follow instructions.
  • This position requires heavy lifting, climbing ladders, pump jack systems and traversing scaffolding.

Standard Qualifications:

  • Carry and organize materials (varying weights)
  • Demo assist
  • Strip forms
  • Clean the construction site to eliminate possible hazards
  • Dig ditches / trenches and backfill excavations for foundations
  • Follow specific directions
  • Perform a variety of duties which may often change
  • Possess general construction knowledge
  • Possess basic tools
  • Learn trade mathematics
  • Clean tools and equipment

  • Complete site orientation to learn quality standards and safety expectations
  • Tolerate legally permissible exposure to dust and chemicals
