Welder

We are seeking skilled welders with experience in stainless steel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, fabrication, and both MIG and TIG welding techniques. Initially, the role will be based in our shop, focusing on various welding and fabrication tasks. After a few months, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in the field, with travel time compensated.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform welding and fabrication tasks using stainless steel.

+ Utilize MIG and TIG welding techniques to complete projects.

+ Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

+ Transition to fieldwork after demonstrating proficiency in shop tasks.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proven experience in welding and fabrication, specifically with stainless steel.

+ Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

+ Willingness to travel for fieldwork after initial shop-based period.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in horizontal and vertical welding positions.

+ Ability to perform weld tests including MIG/Wire feed welding.
