**Position Summary:**
The Journeyman Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service. **Candidates must have their own work truck**; Stahl Plumbing provides a **truck payment** to help cover vehicle costs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and controls.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts.
- Collaborate with contractors and team members on projects.
- Ensure all work is performed according to local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide outstanding service.
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately and timely.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 3--5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and installations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- **Must provide own work truck** (truck payment provided).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Backflow certification (a plus).
- HVAC knowledge or experience (a plus).
