Aerotek Is Hiring MIG Welders In McConnellsburg PA**

Pay: $22.75 $26.40/hour (based on experience and weld test)

Sign On Bonus: $1500 in your first year

Shifts:

+ Weekend Shift: FridayMonday, 5 AM5 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)

+ 3rd Shift: MondayThursday, 8 PM6 AM (Overtime may be required)

**Job Overview**

Were seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team. Candidates must pass a weld test and demonstrate proficiency in blueprint reading, crane operation, and welding equipment use.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Weld metal parts in flat, vertical, and overhead positions

+ Read and follow blueprints and work instructions

+ Operate overhead cranes and hand tools safely

+ Assemble and position materials for welding

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Qualifications**

+ MIG welding experience

+ Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

+ Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

+ Adaptability and reliability in a production setting

Note: Dress code includes jeans, steel-toed boots, and a clean work shirt.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees

$1,500 Total

$500 @ 3 months of employment

$500 @ 6 months of employment

$500 @ 12 months of employment

**Workplace Type**

This is a fully onsite position in Mc Connellsburg,PA.
