Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively. Install or replace fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, flooring, and other items as needed. Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures, or parts using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations during all repairs and installations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure the proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
