Position Overview: This role requires expertise in AutoCAD to produce detailed construction
documents for luxury custom homes. We are a virtual company with employees in several states.

We communicate via Zoom and other virtual reality methods.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop precise construction documents for custom home projects
Collaborate with architects to ensure designs meet client specifications
Adhere to building codes and regulations in all drafted documents

Requirements:
• Degree in architecture
• 5+ years of experience in residential construction documentation
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in SketchUp; advanced skills preferred
• Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Chat)
• Deep understanding of building and construction practices
• Highly motivated, with a self-starter attitude
• Ability to produce drawings in a fast and efficient manner
