Location: Plymouth, MN

Shift: 2nd Shift Only MondayThursday, 3:00 PM 1:30 AM

Start Date: Immediate openings available

**Job Description**

As a Saw Operator, you will be responsible for precisely measuring and cutting materials using various saws. Your daily tasks will include cleaning the work area, staging steel with a sit-down forklift, performing inventory of bar grating materials, and reading blueprints to cut materials to client specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Measure and cut materials accurately using saws

+ Clean and maintain the work area

+ Stage steel with a sit-down forklift

+ Perform inventory management of bar grating materials

+ Read blueprints and ensure materials are cut to client specifications

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficient in using a tape measure

+ Experience in saw operating, including band saw, miter saw, and chop saw

+ Ability to operate a sit-down forklift

+ Experience with metal fabrication and steel handling

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Prior experience in fabrication or saw operating

+ Ability to pass a tape measure test

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
