We are looking for an experienced, hands on Forman to take charge of our outdoor product installation crew. If you've got leadership skills and a background in construction or outdoor living projects, we want to talk to you!
WHAT WE DO
- We design and install high-quality outdoor Pergolas and Shade Structures
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-Supervise and work alongside a small install crews
-Interpret plans and ensure quality installations
-Coordinate with clients and project managers
-Manage tool, materials, and job site cleanliness
-Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and up to standard
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years construction or outdoor experience
- 1+ year in a leadership role
-Strong knowledge of tools and materials
-Reliable, organized and great with people
-Valid drivers license
