Residential Construction Worker

Our residential construction company is looking for a residential construction worker.

Job Description:
Someone who has some knowledge of residential construction and can help with these jobs
and willing to learn new construction skills on-site. Able to work a 40+ work week in
all types of weather all year around. Family owned business with 30+ years experience
in the trade.

Duties:
Follow instructions to ensure everyone's safety. Use safety gear and restraints and able
to work at various heights. Set up and take down duties on a daily basis at work zone.
Lift, load, and transport tools, equipment, and materials. Able to measure and cut
lumber. Clean up job site at the end of the day and ensure all equipment is properly
stored.

Skills:
Ability to work within a team and meet deadlines. Can communicate well and good
understanding of instructions. Superb hand-eye coordination. Be physically fit and
able to lift and handle heavy objects. Need to be responsible and show up on time
each work day. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Typical Start Time:
7:30 AM

Typical End Time:
4-5 PM

This Job Is:
