$63,815.00 - $95,723.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSEAssists in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects from initiation through completion under the guidance of leadership. Coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Provides input to defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develops project plans, financial plans, quality audit follow ups, and associated communications documents. Monitors and tracks project progress. Collaborates with cross-functional teams as needed to gather project requirements and updates. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Formulates a systems-approach to prepare project plans with activities, dependencies, timeframes, resource requirements, milestones and deliverables.
- Monitors and assesses progress of project activities, ensures all critical implementation criteria are met by proactively identifying barriers and solutions.
- Spearheads the development and implementation of appropriate project metrics and outcomes during the design phase of new projects.
- Leads multidisciplinary project teams and coordinates activities to ensure project objectives are met.
- Collaborates across project teams and other organizational work groups, committees and councils, both internal and external.
- Serves as a liaison between team members and stakeholders in the planning and implementation of assigned projects and provides resolutions when necessary.
- Communicates status reports to program leadership and fellow team members.
- Analyzes and interprets program information, identifying key drivers and underlying issues, including quantitative and qualitative data.
- Monitors project information and present findings and opportunities to achieve specified project goals.
- Analyzes and interprets evolving needs to make the most out of developed products, faculty expertise, and other key grant resources.
- Develops and executes a project communication plan, ensuring clear and effective communication to and across project teams.
- Informs larger communication plan to engage secondary stakeholders and the enterprise as a whole.
- Troubleshoots breakdowns in communication in a timely manner as issues arise.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficiency in project management software and methodologies required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
