Superintendent / Foreman Job Description Join a dynamic team where you will oversee 4-8 subcontractors on commercial projects ranging from $500k to $2 million. Your role will involve reading blueprints, keeping up with schedules, managing the submittal process, and maintaining daily logs and progress reports. Ensure construction follows approved plans and drawings. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience as a construction superintendent or foreman. Experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects. Proven ability to manage projects valuing at least $500k. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
