**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, equipment, and tools to various locations on the job site.
- Perform basic construction duties, such as setting up barricades, preparing work areas, and cleaning up debris.
- Operate hand and power tools as required to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
**Physical Demands:**
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
