Superior Skilled Trades - Direct Hire Opportunity Position: Concrete Foreman Location: Greater Philadelphia area Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 + Full Benefits Superior Skilled Trades is proud to partner with a respected commercial contractor to offer a direct hire opportunity for a Concrete Foreman with strong leadership and field experience in concrete construction. This is a full-time, salaried position with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including a company vehicle. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on concrete experience , with a minimum of 5 years in a foreman or supervisory role . You'll be responsible for supervising crews of laborers, carpenters, and finishershandling all phases of concrete work including layout, formwork, placement, and finishing of footings, walls, and slabs for buildings up to 50,000 SF. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: Lead and coordinate job site activities for commercial concrete projects Accurately interpret blueprints and site plans Perform precise layout of foundations, elevations, and anchor bolts Ability to manage new ground-up projects from start to finish Strong knowledge of carpentry and concrete construction techniques Proven leadership and crew coordination skills High regard for job site safety; prior safety certifications are a plus Benefits Include: Health Insurance: 50% company coverage (3-month grace period) Vision Insurance: 100% company coverage Life Insurance: 100% company-paid (up to $70,000) 401(k): 100% match up to 3%, 50% match up to 5% (max 4% total match), 6-month waiting period 5 days PTO available at date of hire Company vehicle provided Performance-based bonuses Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
