Concrete Foreman-$30/hr Job Description The Concrete Foreman will oversee skilled laborers and should possess experience in the field, with strong leadership skills, able to direct the work of others, make quick decisions, and be willing to travel. This role requires five or more years of experience as a qualified, competent lead person, and an understanding of concrete construction techniques with the ability to precisely layout job site foundations, walls, and sites scope and objectives. Responsibilities Oversee and manage skilled laborers on construction sites. Ensure precise layout of job site foundations, walls, and site scopes. Implement company and project safety programs and objectives. Interpret specifications and read drawings accurately. Coordinate scheduling and planning effectively. Utilize administrative tools and systems for company reports and paperwork. Ensure quality in concrete construction, materials, and equipment. Essential Skills Five years of concrete form experience as a foreman. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Knowledge of concrete finishing, construction, and pours. Ability to read and interpret specifications. Understanding of collective agreements and company policies. Bilingual in English. Computer proficiency. Basic first aid training. APPLY TODAY!
