Safety Manager - OSHA Training and Compliance

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining OSHA-compliant safety training programs across the organization. Ensures all employees receive proper instruction on workplace safety standards, hazard recognition, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver OSHA-mandated training programs for all levels of staff.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with federal and state safety regulations.Maintain training records and documentation for regulatory reporting.Serve as the subject matter expert on OSHA standards and updates.Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.Experience in training development and delivery.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Certification in occupational safety (e.g., OSHA 30, COSS, or equivalent) preferred.Specific Duties 1.
