Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Architect position include: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and Lumion required Experience with construction documentation and drawing technical details Ability to work independently with minimal guidancemust be a self-starter Lead design and planning efforts on high-end residential neighborhood projects Collaborate closely with junior designers and mentor new graduates on staff Manage full site planning process, from concept through construction Conduct portfolio presentations and interface with developers Maintain high-quality production under a 40-hour work week with occasional overtime as needed Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
