Foreman

About Us:**

We build beautiful outdoor spaces that stand the test of time. From patios and retaining walls to full scale landscape installs, we take pride in doing things right-and were looking for a foreman who shares that mindset.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

-Running job sites from start to finish

-Leading and working alongside a small crew

-Reading plans and making sure they're followed accurately

-Setting up the site, managing materials and equipment

-Installing patios, walkways, walls, drainage systems, plantings etc.

-Operating machinery like skid steers, saws and compactors

-Keeping work safe, clean, and high-quality

-Communicating with clients and project managers

-Teaching and mentoring less experienced crew members

**What We're Looking For:**

-At least 5 years of hands-on hardscape/landscape experience

-Someone who knows how to lead but is also willing to work

-Strong knowledge of pavers, grading, drainage and basic construction techniques

-Able to read blueprints and job layouts

-Comfortable with tools and small equipment

-Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus)

-Reliable, physically capable and not afraid to get your hands dirty

**What We Offer:**

-Starting pay $25/hr and up, depending on experience
