Pay Range: $40 - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan .

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, analyze, negotiate, and execute a broad range of complex international and domestic grant, research, and consulting agreements.
• Ensure compliance and fiscal integrity of outgoing agreements through consultation with Legal, Ethics and Compliance, Finance, Risk Management, and business unit leaders. Identify roadblocks in contracting processes and workflows, provide recommendations to keep contracting operations efficient and transparent.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Contract Analyst, Drafting & Negotiation, Healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 + years of prior relevant contracting experience or Masters with 1+ years of experience.
• Three+ years’ experience in healthcare contracts related role preferred. Advanced knowledge of federal regulations and contract management as they relate to institutions of higher education, medical centers, government, and/or industry.
• Progressively responsible experience in contracts, research or grants administration in a university or directly related business or organization.
• Superior writing, verbal, organizational and time management skills.
• Superior customer-focus and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead through demanding and ambiguous circumstances with professionalism and proficiency.
• Well-established knowledge in agreement types which include, but are not limited to master/umbrella, clinical trial, basic and applied research, industry, material transfer, data use, and confidentiality agreements with corporate, government, non-profit and other entities.
