Machine Builder

Cardinal Staffing is looking for experienced Machine Builders to join a growing team in Shelby, Michigan. This is a full-time, contract to hire hourly position with competitive pay ($17.00$27.00/hr).
Responsibilities:

• Build mechanical sub-assemblies and final systems
• Follow all OSHA/MIOSHA safety protocols
• Complete quality check sheets and audits
• Read and interpret blueprints, collaborate with engineers
• Assist with disassembly, packaging, and machine shipment
• Support machine start-up/debug, installations, and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Machine Builder experience (required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills
• Willingness to travel for installations and customer support
