Skilled Carpenter Needed (Millwork/Finish Work Westchester/NYC/Etc)

Looking for a reliable, skilled carpenter (ideally with millwork or high-end trim experience) to work with me on projects in Westchester, Bronx, Dutchess, and so on. I'm a GC and fabricator who needs people who can take direction and run with it, not just clock in and coast.

You dont need a fancy resumejust real skill, respect for the trade, and the ability to solve problems without drama. Agency matters here.

Some jobs are solo installs, some are team-based. Van or reliable vehicle preferred. Spanish/English speaking helps too.

Pay depends on experience and how independently you can work. This is W2 or 1099 depending on your setup.
