Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimating and Sales Manager to join our team in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for someone with strong take-off experience and a background in waterproofing. Experience with remedial projects is a significant plus. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates for waterproofing projects.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to determine scope and pricing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and developers.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in waterproofing estimating or construction estimating.
  • Proficient in take-off software and estimating tools.
  • Strong understanding of waterproofing systems and materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with remedial waterproofing projects.
  • Familiarity with Fort Worth/Dallas construction market.
  • Background in roofing or building envelope systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 + annually (commensurate with experience) Bonus Program: Performance-based bonuses
