- Assist in managing and executing commercial construction projects for colleges and universities.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and interpret blueprints to guide project activities.
- Coordinate with various trades, including flooring, ceiling, and drywall, to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager in multi-family commercial interiors projects.
- Proficiency in handling RFIs, submittals, and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience working with flooring, ceiling, drywall, and other relevant trades in interior construction projects.
- Experience in a family-run business environment.
- Ability to grow into leadership roles within the company.
