Construction Superintendent

Job Description

• We are seeking a Construction Superintendent for a local Rochester project involving the Town of Greece facilities ground up construction.
• The project has a budget of $2 million and is starting soon.
• The ideal candidate should have experience as a General Contractor and the ability to read and interpret a full set of construction plans for new builds.
• This role requires assertiveness and the capacity to forecast project needs effectively.

• Manage project planning with two-week look ahead schedules and maintain daily logs.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control throughout the project.
• Oversee subcontractors, coordinating 5-25 personnel on site.
• Interact and report to Construction Manager and Greece board members.
• Focus on masonry and shell construction for the project's duration of 6-8 months.
• Utilize Procore and Smart Sheets (Microsoft Project) for project management.

• Experience in general contracting and construction supervision.
• Ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management and quality control.
• Competency in using Procore and Microsoft Project.
• OSHA 30 certification.

• Experience in ground-up construction projects.

• This position requires onsite presence.
• The work environment includes interaction with construction management and board members.
• Technologies such as Procore and Microsoft Project are used, and the candidate will have access to a Microsoft laptop.
• The company provides a cell phone stipend and covers a tank of fuel weekly.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
