HVAC Installer

LSI seeks a skilled and reliable **Residential HVAC Installer** to join our clients team. This is a **_DIRECT HIRE_** position.

The ideal candidate will have experience installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes and light commercial . This role involves performing installations of HVAC systems and components, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats

+ Review job specifications to determine installation procedures

+ Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites

+ Conduct start-ups and basic system testing to ensure proper functionality

+ Follow local HVAC codes and regulations for all installations

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

+ Communicate effectively with homeowners, supervisors, and team members

+ Provide guidance to apprentices or helpers as needed

+ Complete installation paperwork and document job completion

+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

**Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation preferred

+ EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)

+ Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces and varying temperatures

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team

+ 8 hour shift

+ Monday to Friday
