We're looking for a collaborative, people-focused Site Civil Engineer to join our Water Resources Practice, a diverse team that handles a variety of site and municipal projects around the Pacific Northwest.

About the Role
In this position, you'll work with a highly collaborative team of engineers, landscape architects, and civil technicians to:
Support Site Civil Design as part of a multi-disciplined design team performing site designs for facility improvement/development projects.
Oversee/prepare construction documents (plans and specifications) for site improvements including erosion control, grading, site layout and surfacing, drainage, utilities, and permitting documents.
Performs project tasks and provides technical guidance to project team members.
Supports the technical aspect of scope, schedule, and budget, including proposal development, work breakdown structure development and implementation, progress assessment, risk assessment/mitigation, change management, and schedule management.
Coordinates and/or performs quality checks and reviews for project deliverables.
Performs quality checks and/or reviews of projects from other teams on an as needed basis.
Mentor and train more junior engineers.
Works with senior engineers and technical leaders to identify and develop specific technical expertise and attend training and seminars focused on further development and understanding of concepts related to their discipline.
May also assist with other projects associated with Water Resources Practice.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
7+ years of experience in site design, and creation of plans specification and engineers estimates
Bid document development and construction support for public sector clients
Experience collaborating with architects, landscape architects, other engineering disciplines and permit reviewers/jurisdictions
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Washington State and local stormwater, industry rules and regulations.
Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, and MGSFlood or WWHM
Experience developing drainage reports.
Experienced in following QA/QC procedures, include backchecking and redlining work.
Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or related field
Washington State Professional Engineer license
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with teams in different locations.
Location
This position can be based out of the Bellevue or Seattle Osborn offices. Most of our Water Resources Practice is based in Bellevue and our Landscape Architecture Practice is based out of Seattle.
