About the role

As a SAP IBP Functional Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing SAP IBP solutions to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the Supply Chain Solutions team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, IT, and stakeholders across the organization.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement SAP IBP solutions to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide expertise in SAP IBP SDI, CPI-DS, Control Tower, and other modules to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP IBP systems to meet specific business needs.
• Lead testing efforts to validate system changes and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Work model: Hybrid - from the United States only

What you need to have to be considered

• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP IBP SDI, CPI-DS, Control Tower, Order-based Planning, Supply & TS Optimiser, Inventory, Demand, and S&OP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in manufacturing intelligence and analytics enhancing decision-making capabilities.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP IBP solutions in a hybrid work environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals.
• Experience conducting workshops and training sessions on SAP IBP functionalities.
• Knowledge of system performance monitoring and troubleshooting in SAP IBP.
• Familiarity with documentation practices for system configurations and user guides.

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
