About the role
As a SAP IBP Functional Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing SAP IBP solutions to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the Supply Chain Solutions team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, IT, and stakeholders across the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement SAP IBP solutions to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide expertise in SAP IBP SDI, CPI-DS, Control Tower, and other modules to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP IBP systems to meet specific business needs.
- Lead testing efforts to validate system changes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Work model: Hybrid - from the United States only
What you need to have to be considered
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAP IBP SDI, CPI-DS, Control Tower, Order-based Planning, Supply & TS Optimiser, Inventory, Demand, and S&OP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in manufacturing intelligence and analytics enhancing decision-making capabilities.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP IBP solutions in a hybrid work environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals.
- Experience conducting workshops and training sessions on SAP IBP functionalities.
- Knowledge of system performance monitoring and troubleshooting in SAP IBP.
- Familiarity with documentation practices for system configurations and user guides.

Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
