The Opportunity Residential Construction Electrical Field Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Working Field Superintendent to lead our residential construction team on high-end, ground-up custom home projects.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. As a working lead, youll be in the field alongside your crewinstalling, troubleshooting, and leading by example. You'll be responsible for executing the project plan, keeping your team on track, and delivering quality workmanship with a high standard of excellence.

Youll coordinate directly with Project Managers, General Contractors, Builders, Designers, and your field team to ensure every detail of the electrical scope is executed safely and efficiently.

Ideal Candidates: Residential Construction Electrical Field Superintendent

Take ownership of the job site and drive progress with urgency

Are proactive problem-solvers who know how to adapt in real time

Communicate clearly with electricians, vendors, and GCs

Have a deep knowledge of electrical code and best practices for residential construction

Are comfortable working with tools daily while leading the crew

Can lift 75 lbs, climb ladders and scaffolding

Maintain a valid drivers license and insurable driving record

Have at least two years of experience running high-end residential electrical work

Keep a clean job site and track material, labor, and timelines with excellence

Make safety a priorityfor yourself and your team

Exceptional Candidates: Residential Construction Electrical Field Superintendent

Have 5+ years of experience leading field crews on large custom home projects

Can plan, implement, and deliver project goals within expected timelines

Are passionate about mentoring others and setting the tone for the team

Thrive under pressure and know how to keep projects moving forward

Love solving problems and take pride in delivering a quality finished product
