The IQC Supervisor leads Incoming Quality Control staff and is responsible for problem identification, corrective actions, data review and analysis as it applies to the IQC functions and activities.The individual will support on time delivery of products by offering inspection services to isolate and identify part non-conformance and trigger resolution of process/product related issues. Work closely with Technical Supplier Engineers, Supplier Quality and Procurement team members to identify and communicate part related issues which need resolution and/or improvement. The IQC Supervisor will coordinate the activities of the IQC Technicians and will contribute as a technical resource for interpreting drawings and assisting with the development of inspection methods for parts and components used in manufacturing. This position will also support the use and improvement of automated quality systems such as Master Control, SAP, myPLM, and Calibration.

The Opportunity
Ensure Quality, Safety, and Compliance by enforcing GMP, Quality System Regulations, and Safety guidelines, maintaining audit readiness, and managing IQC training compliance above 95%.
Lead and Develop the IQC Team by establishing structure, recruiting, coaching, performance managing, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership.
Drive Operational Excellence by supporting timely inspection and release of incoming materials, prioritizing inspection needs, and avoiding production delays.
Manage Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions through root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and supplier quality issue resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate Inspection Resources including outsourced inspection services, material movement, MRB and IQC Hold areas, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure Calibration Control by verifying all measurement instruments remain within calibration intervals and preventing use of inaccurate equipment.
Own Financial Performance by managing budgets, expenses, variances, and contributing to cost reduction through supplier improvements and quality initiatives.
Promote a Continuous Improvement Culture by applying Lean Manufacturing tools, leading Kaizen and RCA initiatives, and encouraging team-driven process improvements.
Develop and Maintain Production Quality Standards by partnering with other departments to optimize methods, processes, staffing, and equipment in alignment with business needs.
Represent IQC Operations during internal and external audits, vendor interactions, site tours, and presentations, acting as a visible and engaged leader.
Who You Are
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Science, Engineering/Engineering Technology or Life Science discipline preferred
5 years relevant work experience, preferably in regulated industry
3 years direct people leader experience
Experience working in a Quality Control lab is preferred.
Demonstrated experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement and/or Agile methodologies
Proven capability working in a cross-functional organization and achieving results through relationships with internal and external partners.
Conceptual knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, digital tools, process workflows and project management is preferred.
Preferred experience in Google suite.
This position may require the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Marana, Arizona is $94,600 - $175,800 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
