In this role, you will assist in overseeing various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and familiarity with construction management software, enabling them to effectively coordinate resources and communicate with stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid, , and Prolog for project tracking and reporting. Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed project schedules and manage resources effectively. Conduct blueprint reading and interpretation to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications. Support the preparation of construction estimates and bids, ensuring accuracy in cost projections. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management regarding status, challenges, and solutions. Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals. Participate in site visits and inspections to assess work quality and compliance with safety regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in project management or a related role within the construction industry is advantageous. Familiarity with construction management software including HeavyBid, , Prolog is highly desirable. Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in blueprint reading and an understanding of construction methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
